Philippe Sobon is a Polish-American cook based in Chicago. As a chef, he cooks for many private parties, teaches cooking classes, and makes many new dishes with innovative ideas. With his Polish and Chicagoan roots, he strives to fuse different cultures in his cuisine. Philippe was recently on an episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan cooking his “Melting Pot Burger” and wanted to share his experience with us.
