T-shirt Design Contest Rules

Eligibility
The contest is open to all, however, WPNA FM staff is not eligible to participate. Participation in the promotion/contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules.

Design
Email your design to radio@wpna.fm in the following format: jpeg, eps or PDF. The winning design will be selected by WPNA FM staff and printed on the official Polish Independence 2019 10K/5K Run/Walk T-shirt. The color of the run shirt is white.

WPNA FM reserves the right to use all designs for future marketing purposes. No reproduced images will be accepted.  Your submission must be original artwork. There is a limit of two entries per entrant during the entry period. If your submission needs to be reproduced to ensure the highest quality of printing, we will do our best to recreate the most accurate design.

Process/Timeline

Deadline for submission: July 31, 2019
You must complete the entry form. Entries will not be accepted if form is missing or incomplete.

Criteria for Selecting the Winning Design
The winning design will be determined by the creativity of the design and how well it incorporates the elements of logo of the run, logo of the station and the general spirit of running.

Winner announced: August 5, 2019
Winner will be notified via phone call and email.

Prize
The winner will receive the following:

• $500
• 4 complimentary registrations to Polish Independence 2019 10K/5K Run/Walk
• Recognition on air, WPNA FM website, newsletter and social media.

Disclaimer
The submission form must be filled out completely and truthfully. If you fail to complete the form, give any false information or fail to reveal any pertinent information, you may be disqualified from the competition. All decisions are made by WPNA FM and are final. If winner cannot be contacted within a week of submission, prize may be forfeited.
